Minor Changes

Added an RSS feed from my google reader to the side bar on the left. Redid the for the projects making much more friendly to new projects being added. Finnaly changed the header to something I like and think I will keep. Feel free to tell me what you think.
PS. I added a design document link to the Ereta project page. Its in PDF format so feel free to download it if you wish.
